I recently come across this article: which magnesium supplement is best and for who? and wanted to have your opinons on the best sources of magnesium to reduce extrasystole and lower stress levels during the day.
I have a bad reaction to social stress for example when I’m at work and there is a problem on some topics I get then quite easy extrasystole and even back pain.
It’s something like 3 years I know have this symptoms and I’m always a bit afraid on the long term impact on such reaction to emotional stress on my body and heart.
If there is someone who could help on this topic it would help a lot.
